Through our efforts we create a sustainable, abundant and vibrant community where all people, present and future,

embrace diversity and live in co-operative harmony.

We believe that all individuals should enjoy affordable, quality and secure homes to enhance their independence,

dignity and sense of community. Working co-operatively, we empower and develop skills of members to provide

and maintain sustainable housing within Melbourne

We continue to promote accessibility of affordable homes and the growth of self governing community housing

through our own reputable practices, advocacy and strong partnerships.

We embrace diversity and equality and uphold the democratic rights of our members while working consistently

in an inclusive and accessible manner.

We will provide sustainable practises for the future through the quality of our homes, the way we work together and

in our relationships with the broader community.

Our governance practices will provide clarity in direction, effective oversight and transparency for an organisation that

values its personnel and seeks to serve its members responsibly.

United by common interests, we accept that achieving our goals requires equitable contribution and a commitment to

participate as a responsible active co-operative member.
